I'm Zayne Nair, a Head of Product in Dubai. Twenty years in the industry shipping platforms that scale. Today most of my time goes into writing product code, shaping models and data flows, and getting releases out the door, not only framing the work in slides.
How I work
I start from discovery and the real constraints (users, risk, timeline, and stack), then turn that into a thin roadmap with clear cuts: what ships first, what we learn from it, and what we defer. From there I stay hands-on through delivery: specs, build, reviews, and iteration until the outcome is live and measurable.

I also run ROQ CX, a studio that ships fixed-fee product sprints for SMEs: prototype, build, and market launch. Recent client ship: Let's Talk Early Years, with Contentful, YouTube, and Stripe ticketing. Day rate and retainer are with me. A team sprint is ROQ CX.
